We want you to love your TELETIES as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original container, and attach the label to the outside.
Ship & Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
